Thank you - Images in template

We currently have campaigns set up with images in the Thank you template. We are trying to add and change images but are having trouble they are showing as broken links. Is anyone else having trouble or does anyone know how to do this succcessfully?

    Hi Julie - It is currently not possible to add images to confirmation emails within OLX. If you haven't ready please check out the OLX Idea Bank and vote for the numerous ideas related to this topic. Additionally, there is another thread within the OLX Forum that may be of interest to you: Has anyone successfully gotten an image or logo into an Online Express Thank You email?.

    We were able to get images in there before using a screencast option and now we need to update the images and cannot do this even uploading to my album

    According to KB Article 70256 - It is possible to do this if you are self-hosted but not if you are hosted by Blackbaud due to a Citrix limitation. I don't know which you are, but if you are running into roadblocks now it is likely that you will not be able to update the images in your confirmation emails.
