Hello, does anyone know how to change the text in the actual receipt portion of the email that is sent? For example, I want to say “Thank you for your purchase” as opposed to “Thank you for your donation”. I understand you can customise the Thank You email. Many thanks, Nicole

    Hi Nicole,

    If you open the OLX Donation set up form with Raiser's Edge, click on the Thank Yous tab, you can make change there to both the emailed thank you and the online confirmation/thank you. It directs you to click on the form and it opens so you can make changes to it. Then just click on Save and Close.
