Giving access to NetC tab in db view

Options

We have a gift officer who wants to see if emails sent to her constituents are opened/read…

I created new security group for her and added NetCommunity > Options > and actually checked both boxes yesterday for interface and tab. No change yesterday (signed out and back in). Today she has interface option available (doesn't go anywhere) but still does not have the NetCommunity tab so that she can see emails. Steps outlined in KB 45617

I also changed the security group to this new one on her role in NXT.

What am I missing? Any ideas before I try support?

Side note: We also learned that she has to see NetC emails from db view as NXT emails are only those sent using NXT.

    Update: Got on with support. They are investigating. Seems I took the correct steps but they do not know why she cannot see/does not have the NetC tab to view the emails.

  • The RE admin for your area has to give rights and add it to the user. Not all of our staff have the tab, just the staff that would want to review to see all of the messages sent where the recipient is connected as a const/indiv. that received an email via a query through BBNC.
