Luminate Online API IP Access Issue

We're having issues with the API access to the Luminate Environments.

This morning environments connected to the Test instance started having connection issues.

On the Test instance we noticed the IP addresses we had configured were gone after the last refresh. We re-entered them but the access issue doesn't seem to have resolved.

Now we're seeing API related errors on the Prod connected environments as well.
