BBNC Event registration part - non-English support

We have an event registration page in NetCommunity that we want in all Spanish. We are able to change most of the labels on the registration part using the Language tab, except for the contact fields (country, address lines, city, state and zip) as well as the everything on the payment tab. What am I missing? There have to be other clients that want to offer registration forms in languages other than English.

Hi Sorry for the blatant product suggestion here but BB even suggest this to clients: SmartTRANSLATE is our add on for BBNC/BBIS and allows full translation of forms... Just PM me or Google it for more info.
