Why are registration emails being sent to people who took action?

Convio is designed to send an Advocacy Registration email everytime an alert is responded to while someone is not logged in.

You can add the following conditional to the content of the autoresponder to change the language for new and existing users. The existing user version should not include a password.

There is no way to turn off the delivery of the message. The above tag only works in the Autoresponder Registration context. The responder is editable under

Site Setup->Autoresponder Center->Advocacy Registration.
