Can Convio provide advocacy data to customers, outside of the product?

No, Convio can only provide advocacy data to our customers through the Convio product itself. Convio is contractually forbidden from supplying advocacy data to our customers in any other format, such as an Excel spreadsheet or a printed hardcopy.

However, Convio can disclose who our advocacy data vendor is (KnowWho), so that a customer could potentially contact our data vendor directly to obtain the data that they need.
