Event Registration - "Couple" not activated

Getting this message when trying to bring in an Event registration from Online Express



We have choices of tickets to buy:

Single, Couple, Child, Saturday only ticket.


Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Gigi Magee‍ - Under Configuration > Tables > Event Units - is the option for "Couple" inactive? If yes, make it active and the error code will not appear when downloading participant records/registrants from OLX.

I went to the place in RE and we have a few different "couple" tabs. None of them were checked off as inactive. Any other ideas?

This error code is specific to table, it is likely a choice on the form is offering an option that is not active in the system. Can you send me a link to your event registration form? I should have a better idea after seeing the form.

As 'Couple' is a Unit Fee type, and you have checked the table to ensure the type is active, I have no idea why this error is occurring. You should reach out to support and see if they can help you get to the bottom of this.
