What is the e-mail address that OLX uses to send out Notifications

I need the e-mail address that is used by Blackbaud to send out our e-mail acknowledgements from OLX. Not the e-mail we use in the FROM/TO fields in our account configuration. Our IT is requesting it so he can unblock it from our work e-mail filters.
