We migrated to RENXT in May 2020 and are working on some systems audits. Currently when updating an email type in RENXT it allows for more than one "email" phone type whereas in database view you would receive an error message and it would ask that you delete one of the emails that share the same phone type. This is causing some issues with our data and we are trying to run systems audits but this function is only available in database view. I cannot locate if NXT web view is capable of providing data audit information. Is everyone having this issue? Would you be willing to share how you keep a history of phone types in your organization? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
