The word false appearing in address line

We are suddenly seeing the word "false" at the end of some address lines when we process OLX transactions. It has happened at least twice. In the list of donations, in the window on the left, the donor's address line will be something like: 123 Main Streetfalse

Is anyone else seeing this?

Hi Leslie. Has the value of "false" ended up in you City / State table? Or do you have any optional attributes on the form that some donors might be selecting?
