BBNC & RENXT - Coding appeals vs using NetCommunity reporting

Options
Good afternoon,

Right now we are transitioning from a third party email tool to BBNC and use RENXT. Currently any outgoing communication is added as an appeal so that we are able to see what someone has received.

We are discussing whether to use the appeals table to code outgoing email communications so that it is immediately visible in webview of RENXT on the constituent record once we transition to BBNC, or just to accept that any BBNC email outreach will only be accessible to view through the database view on the NetCommunity tab.

Do you folks use both to code outgoing communications (BBNC & RENXT Appeals)?

Thanks for any advice you can provide!

  • Are all of your communications appeals? Your appeal tab will fill up fast and become less useful IMO. Consider adding a note when sending an email. Or an action. Those are all readily viewable in NXT.
