Not Receiving Test Mails

I have sent the Test Message several times, but it is not showing up in my email.


I also tried sending a Test Message with the body of previously sent mail...even that doesn't show up.

  • We had/have the same issue...wasn't solved as of yet. We have a case open and has been open for over a month. Started for us in middle of November after an update was done to Online Express. A week prior to that we were able to send the message just fine. Support wants us to retype the message (NOT copy and paste). After round and round we ended up sending a message from RE-NXT. It was not exactly how we wanted it to happen but at least the message went out. At this time we have not sent another Online Express message but hope to again after the New Year.
