Deleted user back - re-use BBID?

I had a user leave our org and I deleted their AD account but just de-activated their EMS account. They returned. I re-created an AD account for them. I disconnected and re-connected BBID. When the user attempts to login they get this message:

How do I clear out the old BBID connected to the now deleted AD account to allow a new BBID to be created connected to new AD account?

  • Hi Brian,

    I think this scenario will require a support ticket, but I know from there we can get your user moving forward.  We do recommend that previous users only be deactivated in Azure and not deleted, to avoid this situation.
