Event List-Presetting Country and Province in Configure Constituent Registration Information

Hope everyone's day is going well. I'm very new to using the event module in Luminate and keep facing roadblocks. I've figured it out through playing around and looking on BB Community (the best!). I've yet to solve setting a specific country and province in Event List.


Does anyone know how to preset the required event constituent registration information (name, email, address) to a specific Province and Country? I know in regular donation forms it's embedded within the set-up but I cannot seem to find how to configure it.
