Net Community email traffic information imported into Raiser's Edge

We have had a department ask whether we can pull the information regarding what links people clicked on from a Net Community email message into Raiser's edge.  And without a Constituent ID, I think it would be very time consuming.  Does anyone know of a way in which we can have the Constituent ID come up on the list of clicks from Net Community?  Or has anyone tried another way of recording this information in Raiser's Edge?
