Preparing a Mail House file in line with Australia Post

I am trying to prepare a mailing file for our mail house - and this is all fine I can do the breakdowns columns etc... but how do I add presort codes that Australia Post need for bulk mail?  I cannot see the option and support has assisted and has no record either.  How do other organisations do this?
