Notice of Active Issue Alerts

Please vote in the Luminate Ideas portal for https://luminateonline.ideas.aha.io/ideas/LUM-I-1404 which recommends that any status alert that is posted on status.blackbaud.com will automatically send an email to clients, announcing a new alert. A case-in-point is the nationwide outage with CenturyLink on Sunday morning, August 30 which was announced on status.blackbaud.com as a third-party vendor that handles Blackbaud IDs. Refer to "Active Issue Alert – Blackbaud ID – Multiple Products - #000165060." The issue also impacted donation processing in Luminate. It will help us as clients to receive email notice of all active issues, and then we can decide if further action is needed. On the status.blackbaud.com page you can subscribe to updates on issues after they are posted. Why not offer a subscription that opts you in to receive an email for any active issue?
