Retrieving "time-stamps" on Gift Attribute/comment entries

Options
Greetings, all!

I need to access data regarding Gift Attribute entries in constituents' records.  Specifically, there are comments written in our pledge records indicating specific donor-restrictions on gifts, and I need to find out when the data was entered and by whom.  I can't seem to find a way to query just for Gifts and Gift Attributes/comments.  When I go into the gift record itself, I don't see a way to find out when the comment was written or by whom.

The comments for each pledge are displayed in the Attributes field for each gift, and was likely entered during the batch entry process.  For accounting purposes, I need to find some sort of "time stamp" of when each comment was added.

Does anyone have suggestions?  Would this require a specific request to Blackbaud to document when specific data was entered?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I don't know of anyway that you can specifically get the time-stamp for data on a gift attribute.  The properties data shows the last time data was changed date and by whom but that could apply to any data on the gift, not just the attributes.  And there's no time, just the date.

You can sure ask support what's possible.  I don't know that they would easily be able to tell you who put in a comment and when. Don't know why you'd need that for accounting.
