Outlook Issues - Formatting in NetCommunity

Hi!  I'm having trouble with Outlook, which is our own email client.  If I open the email I sent in the web version, all the formatting looks fine. But if I open it in the desktop version, everything is left-justified and looks awful.  That center-justification is somehow stripped.  


Has anyone else had this issue?  How do you fix it?  I don't know html, which isn't helpful for this situation, I'm sure.
