Online express donation form - adding introductory text at top of form

Hi

I've created a single gift donation form in OLX and would like to insert some additional text by way of introduction at the top of the form.  Something along the lines of  ‘By pledging to give a specific amount over time, you can spread gift instalments over the number of months that suit you.’  Is there a way of adding this to the form?

Hi Caroline Harris‍ - There is no way to do this within the form.  I would recommend you edit the webpage the from will appear on, to include the additional text above form.

Hi and thanks for your earlier reply.  I
have another question which I’ve posted below:

 

I’ve created a single gift online donation
form which in OLX preview mode shows a tick box by the ‘I am a UK
taxpayer and wish the Malvernian Society … ‘.  I’m unsure why
this tick box doesn’t then appear in the online version of the form
(see link below my screenshot)

Hi Caroline Harris‍. It looks like this line of CSS on your website may be what's causing that little checkbox to not appear:


When I open my browser and temporarily disable that one style rule, I see the checkbox. Hopefully that's something that whoever manages your website is able to have a look into?
