Duplicate record.

Is TeamRaiser letting users create duplicate records for any of you? We are set up in LO to match records on email address. We are finding that if someone creates a TeamRaiser account using a different username but an existing email address a duplicate record is being created.


If you do experience that, how do you manage? We started merging records, but then the TeamRaiser username overwrites the existing constituent username. So when the person goes to log in to their TeamRaiser account their login doesn't work.


Is any of this ringing any bells with anyone?
