Getting error when trying to import from Gmail to TeamRaiser account

We get the following error when a TeamRaiser Participant tries to provide access the their Gmail account to import contacts--this is after going through the steps of confirming their Gmail account.



Instructions provided at https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/118365?_ga=2.44447655.2038307656.1588947952-1265631567.1587152758 isn't helpful because the options provided don't exist, it must have been an old version of Gmail.


Any ideas?
