Pros/Cons to switching to Omatic for processing Luminate online donations

Looking for feedback from anyone who made the switch to O'matic in place of pulling gifts/donors into Raiser's Edge through the BB integration (LO-RE). Or if you considered purchasing O'matic but opted not to - why didn't you go that route? Just trying to consider all options as we have been experiencing some issues with the LO-RE process.

Has anyone created a data dictionary of Luminate Form ID's, RE Appeal ID's and Package ID's and if so how did you accomplish that out of luminate?
