Populating the Birthday field in an individual's constituent record

Hi all,

We want to make an effort to try to populate our database and add in birthday information that is missing in some of our Individual profiles. Would anyone have any tips (or has maybe heard of ways) on how to have success in gathering this type of information from their existing donor base? Are there potentially any tools or methods of communicating with our constituents that you have felt are more successful with positive response rate?

Any insight on this would be most helpful and appreciated.

We're actually looking to do the same and plan to pilot some kind of "tell us more about you" email campaign at some point this year. I'll check back in to let you know how that goes and how we'll use the data to personalize our messaging.
