Getting Started - TeamRaiser

Options
Our organization currently has a basic version of TeamRaiser set up. We are looking to incorporate the Team feature. 


Has anyone does this? What would be our first steps to getting this ready to go?

    Enabling Teams is under step 4 > substep 2.  and check the box that says "Yes, allow teams to be created in this TeamRaiser event".


    Now, that is just the very first step in allowing teams.   There are several other configuration options available under Step 4. Select Team Options.   

    You will also want to set up the default team page which is listed under step 13. Customize Pages.


    there are several other strategic considerations that I would be happy to review with you if you want to have a call.

    In addition to the TeamRaiser Training resources available to you, your Customer Success team has sessions that are available as well and free to attend. We will have April sessions posted soon, but we have the on demand recordings of our past webinars listed here. I'd also encourage you to speak to your Customer Success Manager for any additional resources you may need.
