Position Field in Constituent Batch Entry

During constituent batch set-up, when adding fields to the batch, there is no position field under the Individual Relationship fields. Is it impossible to note the position of an individual relationship when entering constituents in batch? When adding a single, new constituent record, you can enter the position field on an individual relationship for the constituent. It would be a big flaw if you couldn't also do this in constituent batches.

You should look under organizational relationship or contact.  Position is there.  Position is not an individual relationship field.

Position is part of an Individual Constituents relationship to an Organization, not to another Individual.  The Position field is available in a Constituent Batch for Organization relationships.
