Adding an appeal to a query list

I have a query list and I would like to record that all these constituents received an appeal package.  Is there any way to do this beyond a global add?  I don't seem to have the administration page with my permissions.

If it is one appeal with a single package for the entire query list then you could try the Mail -> Quick Letters function, using the Segment tab with only one segment to automatically add the appeal & package codes.  Just discard the output.


But finding someone who does have Global Add permissions is probably easier in the long run.
