I am starting down the road of creating a Policy and Procedure manual for my organization.  I have a few examples, but I was wondering if anyone had one that might include Raiser's Edge and BBMS?

Holly - when we converted to RE four years ago I asked for (and received) a 'generic' document from Blackbaud. Used it as a base and added to/expanded where I felt my staff needed further direction. Happy to share you but you might also want to go back and ask for that baseline document that you can build/develop on your own.

Start small. Take a look at how you are currently doing things, and record your process; update the document as your processes expand/improve/change.  Over time, you will have what you are looking for.

I've attached my constituent and batch entry procedures for you. FYI - I use screen shots, others don't, your preference...
