Error message

Is anyone here getting this message? It has been going on for a couple of months now and support can't seem to figure out why, and I am the administrator for my office. I work for a non-profit  but also volunteer for one who uses this software as well and is having the same issue.

It gave me exact same message for split transactions for quite sometime but looks like it has been resolved for me!
