Adding/Excluding people from a list

My team is in an in-depth discussion regarding constituent lists in NXT. One thing that came up is how to add/exclude people from that list. Currently the only way to do this is to click on "add/exclude" and search for specific people.


It would be super helpful if we can have one of two (or better yet, both) things: be able to click on the ellipses next to the individual and have the option to exclude them from the list (similar to how we can do with a query list in the database view). OR have better filters to create lists for groups to exclude.
