Inserting a Map into Team Raiser

My predecessor used a map function to map out our fundraising walk/run. It is not just an image, it is a map taken from Google maps (where you can zoom in/out, and click on start/stop areas. How do I insert this map function into my page? Or, preferably, is there a way to use this same map from the previous team raiser, and just edit the text on the map to show the current year? Thanks.

Once you are done, click OPTIONS and then on the social share icon to get a goo.gl link for your custom route.
