Online Express Form and Foot Races

We need to have everyone who is registering for our 5K/10K race in November acknowledge the waiver of liability.  We have an attribute which requires everyone to acknowledge they have read the waiver, a link is posted on our event website page, but there must be a way to have it included somehow with the OLX registration form.  Has anyone been in this situation and found a way to workaround the OLX limitations of no hyperlinks in the form?
