TeamRaiser: Coaching email automation?

Hi friends. Can we automate Coaching emails? I've searched all over, and everything seems to say we need to upload lists and send manually. The filtering options are awesome, but adding automation would be even better... LMK? Thanks! -c

Teamraiser has a series of 'Follow-Up' emails you can activate that automatically send based on X days since Registration. These would go to everyone.


So you register and get the registration autoresponder right away.

Then you get an automatic Welcome follow-up email 2 days after registering.

Then an automatic Tips to Kick Off Fundraising follow-up email 4 days after registering.

Etc.


You can use S-Tags and conditionals to create custom content in each one. So team captains might see things others don't. You could also have alternate messaging within X days of the event, so late registrants get more urgent messaging.


Then your coaching emails can concentrate more on this-moment-in-time messaging. "Get ready, the event is 1 week away!"


You can also always use the regular Email system to send scheduled recurring messages, like a normal Welcome Series works. Just target the groups that your TR generates, or you make with a task.
