We've recorded two videos to help you understand the two steps you must take to switch your Blackbaud authentication to SSO and to switch users of Education management to authenticate via Blackbaud ID.


Step 1: Configure your Blackbaud ID SSO 

2020 update: This step 2 video content is still accurate.  The UI has changed a bit to show Registered, Awaiting response and Unregistered as tabs, but the process is still the same.

Step 2: Use the new Blackbaud ID Authentication task in Core to configure selected users in bulk to Connect to Blackbaud ID.
