TeamRaiser Registration with Wordpress

Hi all,

I'm stumped and hoping someone can help me!  I'm new to Wordpress and Luminate.  I created an event on Wordpress and everything is working great and people are able to register/pay.  But when I go to Luminate and try to run a registration report it says there is no data.  What am I doing wrong????  Thank you for any help/suggestions you can send my way!

Can you post or send a link privately to a testing server to see what's going on?  Hard to diagnose without seeing some of the registration form setup!
