Registration Issues

Hello my Blackbaud Friends! 


We have had a lot users have issues completing registration for our Luminate Team Raiser events. They login or create a user, select a participation type, then fill out our additional questions on the "Complete Application" page. When they click the "Next" button at the bottom of this "Complete Application" page with the additional questions, the initial login page appears. Their applications are not submitted. I have experienced the issue once myself and it appears that you are being "kicked" out of the application. This issues occurs both when users have an existing constituent account in the system and when they are new users. Also, this issue occurs across multiple different internet browsers so it is hard to target if there is one browser specifically that needs to be changed.

The page that seems to be causing issues is the "Complete Application" with the additional questions (see photo attached).
