Address Info Source

I would love to see what others have for fields options in the Address Info Source table.  We have WAY too many and I am working on cleaning them up.

Currently, we have AddressFinder, Donor, Luminate, Mailhouse NCOA, Returned Mail, and VolunteerHub.  Being able to track address sources is pretty new for us now that we're in RE, though, so this list may grow in the future.
