Team Raiser - Team Participants

We have an event set up in Team Raiser for 5K Run/Walk.We have a couple of people who do not have access to computer and would like us to register them.  Is there a way to register a person for a team on our end of the system? I know you can register a participant but if they are joining a team can we enter the data? Outside of going to the website/page where it requires a user name and password is there another option? When you register a participant it asks for username and password. Do I need to create this for the person?

When registering a participant on the back-end, just make sure to search for/select the team and they should be all set.
