A couple of questions:

1. When you set up the Facebook Login App in developers.facebook.com for TeamRaiser integration do you need to submit the App for review?

2. Do you have to enable single signon in LO?

1. No app review is currently required for using Facebook Fundraisers (this may change in the future, however).

2. No, you do not need to enable anything related to single sign-on. That being said, we generally recommend that you enable Janrain for social login if you are not already using it, and use the same Facebook app for both Janrain and Facebook Fundraisers. The user experience for creating a Facebook Fundraiser in the participant center is a simpler process if someone has already logged into your site with Facebook. Reason being, Facebook shows a permission dialog the first time someone logs in using a particular app. If they've already accepted the basic permissions when logging in at the beginning of the registration flow, then in the participant center, they won't see that same permission dialog again. Instead, all they'll have to approve is the new permission to manage their fundraisers.
