Third-party Single Sign on authentication issue with Blackbaud Net:Community

Hi,
Are there any organizations that use third party single sign on authentication with Blackbaud Net Community?

We have been using our Columbia University SSO authentication without any issues. However, this February, our users started seeing a confirm password prompt when they try to change their email address on the user profile update form. The message that they are seeing is this: "In order to complete the changes you have made, you must confirm your current password." It seems unreasonable to require end-users to confirm a Net Community password, when they are logging in to NetCommunity with single sign on, and they would not know the password.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
