How to add code to make a mobile responsive donation form

We need a Mobile responsive templet, layout, part for a donation page.  are there instructions on how to go about this?

    The mini donation form (which is due to become the replacement for the main donation form in a future update to BBNC) is mobile responsive so you might want to have a look at that.


    The main donation form is table based so will never be responsive as-is. For the work I'm doing making it responsive I've used JavaScript to move the inputs out of the table. As we are using the CSS file from our main university website I've also added classes to them so that they pick up the correct styling.
