Soft -[Flush Action] Bounce

we have an entire group of email addresses from the server tx.rr.com that continually bounce.  Many of them show the bounce error Soft - [Flush Action] error.

How do I fix this?

Elaine, I am not sure there is much you can do - when TWC/Spectrum acquired RR it was their planned design to sunset the rr.com domain.  In addition to what the internet says, my Mother-in-law is a real example of where the first time she wanted to make a change to her RR service they turned off her rr email and required her to use their new domain.


With that said, I checked our LO email database - for those constituents who accept email and whose domain is tx.rr.com I show that 80% are consider 'bad' based on the number of both hard/soft bounces.  Overall, the rr.com domain is tracking to 77% 'bad'.

We are having the same issue. Is there nothing that can be done? Has anyone contacted Time Warner?
