Addresses for organisations who donate through NetCommunity

We still have the problem that when a donation is given by an organisation (company or club etc.) a new record is set up for the individual making transaction and a record for the organisation. The address given is recorded on the individual record but not in the address tab or relationship tab of the organisation''s record. We have to copy the address and paste in to both adress tab and relationship. We don't really want an individual record at all.


Does anyone have a solution?
