Why is the mailing list user defined field not saving when I add a journal entry?

Hello community! 


My charity recently updated our website and we noticed that once the new website went live, every time we go to add a new journal entry to a persona, the user defined field for "mailing list" doesn't save and we have to re-enter the data (this means that we have to go back and check in previous records to make sure we don't accidentally subscribe someone who didn't sign up for newsletters or vice versa). What could be the cause of this?

Hi Cassandra Popescu‍!  Are you referring to Journal Entries made through a DIY form no longer having a UDF completed, when they did when made through an old DIY form?  Or is this in reference to manually entering JE's?
