Requests no email tick box on Bio 1 tab

On the Bio 1 tab there is a tick box for request no email. There is absolutely no audit trail for when this was ticked. We all understand the importance of an audit trail and needing to know when someone opted out especially to email. Are there any plans to get this fixed? A suggestion would be to add a consent statement of Do Not Email when that gets ticked. Alternatively with the new consent statements could it be removed?
