How do I make a participant's personal page private (or public)?

If someone's TeamRaiser participation is marked "private," it means that the only way that someone could find his personal page is by following a link in a message sent from that person's Participant Center. You will not be able to find the person's page by searching from the public greeting page.

Participation can be changed from private to public or vice versa by both admins and participants:

How participants change their participation:

1. Via a checkbox during registration

2. Via a "Make My Campaign Private" (or Public) button on the participant center home page

How admins can change it:

1 Select TeamRaiser from the Fundraising menu

2 Click the magnifying glass to manage the team raiser

3. Search for the participant and click the name link in the result list

4. Look for the button in the Status table on the right.
