Question about profile pics!

Hey CAG!


I have a question for you - how important are other people's profile pictures when you are in the Community? Are you less likely to answer a question if the poster doesn't have a profile picture? We'll start with discussion areas primarily. Let us know below! Your community managers are interested in hearing from you!

    Usually what I find is that those without profile pics are new users who have seemingly just created a profile to ask that initial question-- at least that's my impression. Because of that, I'm usually more likely to answer their question since it's often something I'm quite familiar with.


    When I'm looking for people to connect with though (searching by same museum type or product), I go to those with pics; they are usually seasoned users and active in the community and more likely to be available and interested in discussing topics, answering questions, etc.
