Different Address Causes Donation Fail

A donor contacted me when she was having problems giving via NetCommunity. Her address in RE didn't match address of her credit card account so I updated, but she still had a problem:


Please call the number on the back of your card. Your bank requested that we do not honor this card.


I'm just wondering how often others have run into this issue (address not matching up and donation not processing) and whether it's a concern. I'm only aware of the issue because the donor is an old friend and she knew to contact me - how many others had this problem and just gave up?

I have the same question.  I receive this error often and if this is the reason I will need to treat it differently.
