How do I hide or delete a participation type?

You can hide a participant type by following these steps:

1. Log in as a Convio administrator.

2. Click on the TeamRaiser button,

3. Choose to "Edit" the TeamRaiser. This is the pencil icon.

4. Click on the "Participation Types" tab at the top.

5. Choose to "Edit" the participation type (again the pencil).

6. Change the Security Category dropdown to "Administrators Only"

7. Press "Save"

Alternatively, you could add something to the promo code box, if you mean to make this participation type available to some people via promo code. See other Knowledge Base entries about using promo codes.
